Located in the heart of London, the Meliá White House faces the popular Regents Park and is within walking distance of Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus. The city, London's financial district is only a short taxi ride away too. The hotel is well served by three underground stations: Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regents Park, all of which are within easy walking distance. Paddington Station, Marylebone and Kings Cross St Pancras mainline train stations are also all within a 5-10 minute taxi ride.

The hotel includes the award winning restaurant L'Abufera and an international show cooking restaurant, a piano lounge bar, business centre and The Place buffet restaurant, the Dry Martini and the Level VIP Lounge. Booking Terms

Check In

Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Keys can be collected from the 24 hour Service Desk in the business centre reception area.

Check Out

Check out is by 12 noon on the date of departure. Keys should be returned to the 24 hour Service Desk in the business centre reception area.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

  • For a weekly reservation (7-29 nights), by 12pm London Time, 7 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is given less than 7 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the remainder of the stay. For the early departure of a weekly in-house resident, a 7 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 7 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the remainder of stay.

  • For a monthly reservation (30 to 89 nights), by 12pm London Time,  15 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee once a reservation is confirmed. If notice is given less than 15 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the remainder of the stay. For the early departure of a monthly in-house resident, a 15 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 15 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the remainder of the stay.

  • For a monthly reservation (90+ nights), by 12pm London Time, 30 days advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee once a reservation is confirmed. If notice is given less than 30 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of the equivalent of one month stay. For the early departure of a monthly in-house resident, a 30 day advance notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice given is less than 30 days, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of 100% of the equivalent of one month stay.

All cancellation must be made in writing via email.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

A one month rental deposit is required on all bookings over 90 nights. A pre-authorisation may be taken on arrival for short stays.

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 30 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.

All extensions must be made in writing via email.
