There are two bedrooms in each apartment, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size bed in the second bedroom. These apartment complexes feature spacious open-plan living and dining areas with fully equipped kitchens equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge with a separate freezer.

While some apartments offer private balconies, all offer dining rooms, washer/dryers, Smart TV's, in-unit safes, air conditioning for those hot summers, and complimentary wireless internet access. 

Additionally, these serviced apartments offer onsite amenities, such as a fitness centre and rooftop terrace, as well as a business centre, meeting rooms, bike storage, and a communal lounge.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check in from 3pm. Keys can be collected from the 24 hour reception. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival and once in housed. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Fair Usage of Electricity / Gas Utilities (includes lighting, cooking and heating):

The allowance included in a 3 bedroom lease is £325 per 30 days.
The allowance included in a 2 bedroom lease is £250 per 30 days.
The allowance included in a 1 bedroom lease is £175 per 30 days.
Any amount greater than the above rates will be billed to the Renter/Occupant.
We take meter readings for each apartment on the arrival date and again on the vacate date. Each week, we check the room settings for heating and hot water so as to ensure that your costs are kept to a minimum.
Please note that the heating is set up at a very comfortable level. If you would like to have the pre-set levels changed please email and we will arrange to reset them for you.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorization form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
