Dolphin House Serviced Apartments is part of the Dolphin Square complex which is situated around three and a half acres of idyllic landscaped gardens in the heart of Westminster. Located in a tranquil residential area, Dolphin House is situated in Pimlico, Central London and is just a 5 minute walk from the Pimlico Underground station or a short taxi ride from both Victoria Station and Waterloo International.

The nearby Westminster Millennium Pier provides regular river boat transport to the City of London and Canary Wharf. This property also consists of a shopping arcade, providing a Newsagent, Café and Off-licence. You are also within walking distance of some of the larger supermarkets such as Sainsbury's and Tesco's.

Victoria Station provides great access to shops, bars, restaurants and of course the mainline station, the underground and nearby attractions such as the London Eye, Tate Britain and the River Thames. Also on site is the Dolphin House Sports and Fitness Club for which guests are able to have complimentary use and this has a pool, sauna, steam room and a newly refurbished gym. Additional facilities also within the club and available at an additional cost are: squash courts, a tennis court, personal fitness trainers and osteopathy.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Keys should be collected from the 24 hour reception on your arrival.

An early check-in fee (between 11am and 3pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. Before 11am one additional nights rental will be charged.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

A Late check-out fee (between 3pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Bookings of 1-14 nights:
Until 12 pm on the day of arrival – no charge (with the exception of some promotional rates)
After 12 pm on the day of arrival – 1 night charge 
Bookings of 15-29 nights:
15 days prior to arrival – no charge
14 days and less – 10 nights cancellation fee 
Bookings of 30-89 nights:
15 days prior to arrival –no charge
14 days and less – 15 nights cancellation fee

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. Please note that a £250 dilapidation deposit may be required upon arrival.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
