I admit to being more than a little excited by the imminent arrival of London Fashion Week, and although my friends and certainly my wife, will find this prospect more than a tad ‘amusant’, I just think that this is THE most fascinating event on the UK cultural calendar.

Being from Sweden and therefore only having our crazy Viking celebrations such as eating loads of pickled herring, dancing around the Midsummer pole and having a daily Fika at 4pm, I have to say that I am still very much a foreigner to some of the traditional UK celebrations such as the upcoming Burn's Night and Supper!

So here we are again at the end of one year and the start of a new one and I can’t help but notice that the saying ‘time flies’ gets truer with every passing year! 2015 seems to have gone by in the blink of an eye however looking back it also appears that we’ve managed to pack a lot in!
