The Printworks is situated in a prime location within Newcastle’s City Centre, to the south of the famous St James’ Park football stadium. On the doorstep, guests can enjoy a wide array of bars and restaurants and easy access is also given to The Centre for Life, the two Universities and RVI Hospital.

A large contemporary city centre apartment where guests can enjoy spacious living. Natural light is enjoyed throughout the apartment making the space feel larger still. Guests can relax in the open plan living dining area, which includes a modern fitted kitchen with modern appliances. Two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage, with one having an ensuite bathroom. A family sized bathroom is located in the apartment.
The central location also offers a huge network of transport links, with the Metro underground linking to the Coast and International Airport. Newcastle’s Central Station can be reached within a 5 minute walk for guest’s who are commuting and the A1 North and South bound are also easily accessible.

Booking Terms
Check In
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check Out
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Cancellation
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
All bookings must be cancelled by 4pm, 14 prior to arrival to avoid any charges. Failure to do so will result in a one night charge being made. Any refund of charges is made subject to the apartment being re-let.
If a guest wishes to alter a booking, Prestige Apartments will make every effort to meet their requirements. However, additional expenses incurred as a result of the alteration may be charged. In addition, a charge may be incurred for an amendment fee of £50 plus VAT to cover the necessary administrative costs incurred.
In the event that a guest needs to check out prior to the agreed departure date, we will make every effort to obtain a refund of accommodation charges for the remainder of the stay. However, any refund will be subject to the apartment being re-let and will be subject to a cancellation charge of £50.00 + VAT.
Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
Security Deposit
On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Extension Policy
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
