Kings Crescent Apartments provide corporate serviced accommodation in Derby city centre, two miles from the nearest train station. Free on-site parking is available at the property. The property offers one and two bedroom apartments, comprising one bathroom, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, grill, four electric cooking rings, a dishwasher and a fridge with a separate freezer. Kings Crescent, located just a 10-minute walk from Derby City Centre, where several the city’s best bars, cafes and restaurants can be found. Derby is full of well-established, independent restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Meaning you have plenty of options to explore during your visit. Whilst staying at Kings Crescent you can visit the Peak District, the UK’s first National Park.
The area draws huge numbers of seasoned and new walkers every year, with routes including the hills of Mam Tor or the river-based walk from Dovedale and Edale.The rolling landscapes make for stunning scenic views and a great picnic spot. Booking Terms
Check In
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check Out
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Cancellation
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
We require notice of 7 days for any cancellations, amendments or early departure prior and once in house.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.
Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is £250 as is refundable upon departure, less any charges.
Extension Policy
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
