Each apartment is fully equipped, consisting of a reception area, one double bedroom and a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

We had a pleasant stay at the Albert Street apartment. I had a lot of help from the booking agent. She was fantastic! She was able to book the apartment for us on a fairly short notice. Also kept in touch with me during our stay to update me with information regarding the building. Plus she provided additional information that all turned out to be very useful. Location of the Albert Street apartment was great, close to three supermarkets including a small Whole Food, easy and quick access to buses and the tube. Also just minutes walk from Camden Market. The apartment was well appointed and we were able to make simple breakfast in the kitchen and do our washings. I'm coming back to London in a few months and will definitely look into booking another apartment through Prestige.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

Once a reservation has been paid for the Guest is committed to the dates booked. As a result any alteration to the dates reserved will depend on availability and a rent refund for the reserved period will be dependent on our ability to resell the apartment booked.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
