Finished to an impressive standard, the Staycity serviced apartments at Duke Street in Lever Court offer superior accommodation and a convenient location for sightseeing and enjoying all of the many attractions that Liverpool has to offer.

They're just a 10 minute walk from the main train stations as well as Liverpool's top attractions including the Albert Dock and Liverpool One. The apartments are fully furnished with flat screen TV's and DVD players on request, sofas, fully-equipped kitchens, spacious bedrooms and more.

There is also a 24 hour reception and on-site car parking. Many apartments also host their own private balcony and all of them are equipped with complimentary WiFi access.    

Please note that there is a 2 Night Minimum Stay over weekends.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check in time is from 3pm. There is a charge of £15 per hour applicable for early arrivals and these are subject to availability. Keys can be collected from the 24 hour reception desk and you will be asked to show photographic ID.

Check Out

heck out time is by 11.00 am. The charge for late check-out is £10.00 per hour for departures after 11.00 am but before 3.00pm. If check-out is made after 3pm, an additional night's accommodation will be made.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

For stays of less than 7 days you must provide 48hrs notice prior to arrival in order to avoid cancellation charges.

For stays of 7 days or more you must provide 1 week notice prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

There is also a £50 per person security deposit required on arrival.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
