They're also within walking distance of the Millennium Bridge, Baltic Centre, Tyne Bridge and the eye-catching Sage Gateshead. All apartments are fully en-suite with free wireless internet access and complimentary breakfast included.

The great city centre location puts all of the major business and leisure attractions of Newcastle within easy reach, including the many shops and restaurants around the Grey Street area, the Theatre Royal, the Centre for Life and Northumbria University.

Staybridge Suites Newcastle offers 2 types of suites: studios and one bedroomed apartments, with some offering views of the Quayside area and the Millennium Bridge.

All suites are furnished, containing a fully equipped kitchen, living room area, work space, flat screen TV with cable/movies, and free WiFi internet.  Hotel amenities include 24 hour service, complimentary breakfast and evening receptions (Mon-Thurs)|  business centre, fitness room and free guest laundry room.

Car Parking is available on site to the rear of the property with secure barrier and CCTV. Charges are per night, per week or per month.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Please note that unless stated otherwise, our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. 90+ Night bookings should refer to the agreement at the time of booking.

Should a guest not arrive for a confirmed booking, the booking will be considered cancelled and a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay will be charged (for bookings of up to 7 nights). Bookings of more than 7 nights which are cancelled will incur an additional nights’ charge for each seven day period or part thereof cancelled.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

Security deposits are only taken for groups of 10 or more.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
