Located in the busy suburb of Hillsborough, these modern apartments feature fully equipped kitchens including: a microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, utensils, tableware, dining table and chairs, cutlery, bowls, plates, glasses and cups, and a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

A co-ordinated colour scheme of creams and browns with gold curtains and faux leather and wood furnishings give a high quality look without the price. The living spaces are roomier then you'd find in a typical hotel. A sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player are all included.

In the studio apartments the bedroom and living space are in one room, with a small separate kitchen. In the one bedroom apartments the kitchen is typically integrated with the living room and the bedroom is separate. Each bedroom comes with a king size bed as standard, and a sofa bed or a small fold-out bed can be added to the room for an additional nightly charge. 

All apartments are on the first or second floor, and please be aware that there is no elevator in the building.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

7 days notice is required to avoid cancellation charges.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

For guest’s checking in via our lock-box, we will need to meet you in person after check-in in order to complete a security check. We will arrange a time to visit you at the apartment, when we will ask to see identification and the card used to make the booking.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
