This brand new, state-of-the-art apartment building is just a 3 minute walk away from the world famous Wembley Stadium.

There are great views from the sixth floor apartments, which all have balconies and additional communal lounges provide Sky Sports, pool, coffee machines, free 100 Mbps WiFi and a large dining space for eating with friends.

The apartments are only an 8 minute walk from both Wembley Park tube and Wembley Stadium rail station, so it'll take just 9 minutes to get to Marylebone and 12 minutes to Baker Street.

All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, fully fitted kitchen, 40 Mbps WiFi, Smart TV with integrated DVD player and a washer/dryer. The kitchens have a full fridge freezer and dishwasher and are fully equipped with everything you’d expect a high-spec modern kitchen to have. The living areas are beautifully decorated and furnished, and feature a dining table and chairs, an armchair, sofa and coffee table. The bathrooms are spacious and sleek, and the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable.

The in-house gym is operated by Total Fit UK and is free of charge for residents, but they must complete an induction with Total Fit before they’re free to use the gym. The induction is £30 and must be booked and paid for via the Total Fit UK app. Residents must be over 18 years old to enter and use the gym. Friends or visitors of residents may not enter or use the gym.

On-site secure underground parking is available for £5 plus VAT per night.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

14 days’ or more notice of cancellation is required before check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges. Notice given within 14 days of check-in (or less than 14 days before arrival) will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 9 nights will apply, i.e. 14-5 = 9.

The same policy also applies to in house guests shortening their stays.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
