My wife and I have stayed with Prestige Apartments on 4 separate extended stay trips. We have stayed in 3 different flats and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. Things we enjoy: 1. The location is not only close to my work, but also close to supermarkets (Buy Foods and Waitrose), great pubs and restaurants, and the tube. 2. Amenities, the workout room and pool is fantastic. The patio and view is amazing. 3. The flats are spacious and have everything we need. 4. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We have had a couple of instances where we needed something in the flat repaired and the staff was very attentive to our requests. The cleaning staff is very friendly and always does a fantastic job. 5. Check in/out is very easy which is always nice since those travel days are so busy. We have trips planned in the future and will definitely be booking with Prestige. We are extremely happy with Prestige and recommend them to anyone looking for a place in London.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10:30am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. This may be less if the apartment can be re-let.

 

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
