The Milestone Apartments are situated in one of London's most coveted positions and are accessible to the five star Milestone Hotel.

These self-contained two bedroom serviced apartments which can be accessed via the main hotel entrance or via a discreet private entrance, are arranged on four levels and range in size from 750 to 1100 square feet. Each one is individually decorated and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen making them ideal for families of up to five people or for couples or colleagues requiring extra space.

They come complete with 24 hour full hotel service including complimentary access to hotel residents' health club with personal trainer and resistance pool. There is also The Stables Bar which provides cocktails, drinks and nibbles as well as a comfortable lounge area. Welcome amenities include a complimentary welcome hamper of a plate of fruits, bottled water, a bespoke soap tray, personalised business cards, and box of cookies, as well as favourite welcome drink on arrival. Most apartments include a Jacuzzi bath with the Master bedroom and two have a private outside wood deck or roof top terrace. There is also the added bonus of a Butler service which is available to all apartments.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 6pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to enable us to confirm key collection details.

Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

An early check-in fee (between 12pm and 6pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. Before 12pm one additional nights rental will be charged.

Check Out

Check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you. Keys should be left at reception on your departure

A Late check-out fee (subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

We require a minimum of 15 days notice prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation charges equal to the following -

Up to 15 days prior to arrival - 10% of total accommodation charges which is non refundable.

Less than 14 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total accommodation charges.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged an extra £100 non-refundable administration fee.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
