One and two bedroom serviced apartments in a converted red brick terraced house in a quiet West End street near to Baker Street and Marylebone High Street.

The apartments are well located for the West End or the City of London and offer a comfortable base for both holidaymakers and business people.

Chiltern Street is only a short hop from Baker Street underground station and is also just a few minutes away from Bond Street tube station. The buzzing Marylebone Village is just a couple of blocks away where you'll find restaurants, grocery stores, shops and designer boutiques. Oxford Street is also a short walk away taking you into the heart of the West End.

Elevator access is only between the 1st and 4th floor - if stairs are a problem for you, please mention this to us when enquiring.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. Out of hours check in will require you to pick up your keys at a different location to your apartment.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Once a reservation has been paid for the Guest is committed to the dates booked. As a result any alteration to the dates reserved will depend on availability and a rent refund for the reserved period will be dependent on our ability to resell the apartment booked.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. A £250 security deposit will be required upon arrival.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
