Staycity Deptford Bridge serviced apartments opened in May 2014. This property has 93 units consisting of studio apartments which sleep 2 and one bedroom apartments which can sleep up to 4.

All apartments come fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette to cook in, including a double hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/grill and all cutlery and crockery. The property is next to Deptford Bridge Station DLR with easy access to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, London City Airport and Central London.

The property is also within walking distance of Greenwich Village with its vast array of bars and restaurants. Key features include a 24 hour reception, free WiFi, air conditioning in all apartments and a gym.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check in time is from 3pm. There is a charge of £10 per hour applicable for early arrivals and these are subject to availability.

Check Out

Check out is by 11am, late check out may be possible however this is subject to availability and at an extra cost.

A Late check-out fee will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

For bookings of 1-6 nights, a notice period of 48 hours is required to cancel or amend the reservation.

For bookings of 7 nights +, a notice period of 7 nights is required to cancel or amend the reservation.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

A security deposit of £50 per person is required to cover any incidental charges such as damages or phone calls.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
