Monarch House is an exclusive concept in luxury living. This quality development of large one, two and three bedroom apartments is situated just behind Kensington High Street with it's excellent choice of shops and restaurants.

The City, West End and Heathrow Airport are all within easy reach. Monarch House is quiet and peaceful, with its own private secluded gardens, and Holland Park nearby. 

Light, spacious rooms have been created, the majority of which have a balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. Each apartment has comfortable bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, and with its own spacious en-suite bathrooms. The fully fitted kitchens include dishwasher and washer/dryer and they're extensively equipped.

Situated on fashionable Kensington High Street, Holland Park is just a minute's walk away and nearby attractions include Kensington Palace, Harrods, Buckingham Palace and theatreland.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

An early check-in fee (between 10am and 2pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. Before 10am one additional nights rental will be charged.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

All cancellations must be requested in writing.

A maximum charge of 14 days will apply:

  • 14 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.

  • Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given.

    (Example: Check-in is on 7th October and notice to cancel is given on 2nd October, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

Please note during the summer months (July and August) cancellation/notice/amendment period will increase to 28 days.

Please be advised for any booking in June or September which over lapses on July/August, the same cancellation/notice/amendment period will apply.

This also applies to in-house guests should a stay require to be shortened.



For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
