This brand new, high-spec apartment building in the centre of Harrow is just a 30 second walk from Harrow on-the-Hill underground station, and St Ann’s shopping centre. Our 5th and 6th floor serviced apartments offer great views across London.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you’d expect a high-spec modern apartment to have, including under floor heating throughout.  The living areas are beautifully decorated and furnished, and feature a dining table and chairs, an armchair, sofa and coffee table. The bathrooms are spacious and sleek, and the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable.
The 1 bedroom apartments are 50 sqm and the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments are 73 sqm. All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, fully fitted kitchen, Wifi, a Smart TV with integrated DVD player and a washer/dryer. The kitchens have a full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The living areas have a dining table with chairs, an armchair, sofa and coffee table. The main bathrooms are spacious and feature a shower over bath, radiators, and large mirrors. En-suite bathrooms (2 beds) have a shower cubicle.

The bedrooms have a double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, reading lamp and blackout blinds. In addition, the second bedrooms (2 beds) have zip and link beds so you can choose between a double or two singles.

There’s free access to the on-site gym, and secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment floors. Parking is charged separately.

A reception area provides seating, free Wifi and a large meeting space.

The apartment building is a 10-15 minute drive from the A40, the M1 and the M25. The Metropolitan tube and Chiltern Railways train take you direct to Rickmansworth in 11 minutes, Marylebone in 16 minutes, Uxbridge in 18 minutes and Baker Street in 19 minutes.  The development benefits from being directly next to both the St George’s and St Ann’s shopping centres, which offer a wide range of restaurants and shops and a multi-screen Vue Cinema complex.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

14 days’ or more notice of cancellation is required before check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges. Notice given within 14 days of check-in (or less than 14 days before arrival) will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 9 nights will apply, i.e. 14-5 = 9.

The same policy also applies to in house guests shortening their stays.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
