Although it takes only 30 minutes by train to Central London, St Margarets, with its many cafes and shops, still retains a relaxed villagey air to it.

Neighboring Richmond has a lively riverfront and a bustling town centre with many restaurants, a cinema and theatre. Feltham is easily reached too by direct line, where a shuttle bus links to Sunbury Business Park. You'll find several fascinating antiques shops and fashionable boutiques in St Margarets, whilst in Richmond shops, designer boutiques and department stores abound. The Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush (an easy journey by Underground) has over 300 shops, mixing designer and high street labels. Richmond Park is a 2,500 acre park and a Designated Nature Reserve where free roaming deer can be seen.

Nearby, you can visit the world famous Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew with its collection of rare and exotic plants. There are also regular summer concerts at Kew.

500 year old Hampton Court Palace (which can be reached by boat from Richmond) has 60 acres of gardens and a world famous maze. The historically significant Marble Hill House is a popular wedding venue. The area is also home to the Twickenham Rugby Museum and Stadium, the world famous international rugby venue, which also hosts concerts and other events. Wimbledon can be reached direct by rail from Richmond station.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Please note that the cancellation period is 30 days. The credit card that was given at the time of booking will be charged 50% of the total accommodation charges as a non-refundable deposit 30 days prior to arrival.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

There is a £200 refundable security deposit. 

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
