These magnificent apartments are set in restored Victorian town houses in a quiet, tree lined conservation area. There is a selection of spacious one and two bedroom apartments, duplexes and town houses.
Convenient for the city centre, each apartment has a large living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size beds and separate bathroom. Two bedroom apartments have an additional en-suite shower room. Reception is by arrangement. Each apartment features a range of L'Occitane toiletries.
The apartments are located within easy reach of major corporates including Microsoft, Verizon, Cisco and BG Group. Green Park and the Winnersh Triangle business areas are nearby.

Booking Terms
Check In
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check Out
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
Cancellation
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Cancellation charges relate to the date prior to arrival when we are notified of the cancellation and will determine the cancellation charges incurred according to the scale below.
These notice periods also apply to early departure, postponed arrival or reduction in the number of minimum nights stay.
LENGTH OF STAY NOTICE PERIOD CANCELLATION CHARGE
1 – 6 nights - 48 hours prior to arrival date - No refund
7-28 nights - 7 days prior to arrival date - Minimum 7 nights’ accommodation charge
29+ nights - 29 days prior to arrival date - Minimum 14 nights’ accommodation charge
The cancellation policy for group bookings varies. This will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.
Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
Security Deposit
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Extension Policy
Please provide us with at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
