The apartments are light and spacious offering a relaxing place to stay.

Meals can be prepared in an open plan, fully equipped kitchen which is fitted out with all of the essential appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher.

A complimentary welcome pack on arrival will get you started, including fresh milk and cereal and look out for some other goodies, including your very own rubber duck to help keep you company in the bath tub!

There are also complimentary slippers for each guest, so you really can 'kick off your shoes' and relax!

The apartments are within easy travelling distance of many industrial estates including Brackmills, Moulton Park and Rushmills, together with the Royal & Derngate Theatre and Northampton Magistrates Court.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. Please note that keys must be collected from a different location and that the meet and greet service is between 3pm & 9pm Mon – Thurs and 3pm – 7pm Fri – Sun.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows.

Stays of 1-6 nights – 48 hours minimum

7 days plus – 7 days minimum

Non-arrivals are non-refundable or transferable.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
