The Monument Apartments are all fully serviced and have modern, comfortable furnishings with open plan fitted kitchens onto the reception room (with sofa bed).

The bedrooms have double beds with fitted wardrobes and there are separate, modern tiled bathrooms. Executive apartments are slightly larger than standard apartments however they all have wide-screen multi-channel digital TV's and DVD players, and all are provided with a wireless broadband internet connection. 

The apartments are in a fantastic location next to The Monument, built in 1666 to commemorate the Great Fire of London. It's ideal for relocating City employees, being just moments from both Bank or Monument underground stations, as well as Tower Hill, and it's also within a short walk of Liverpool Street station.  

As a vacation rental, the nearby attractions and transport links make it a great base. Attractions include St Paul's Cathedral and just a short stroll over the new Millennium Bridge is the renowned Tate Modern gallery. There are also plenty of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to keep you entertained.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please leave the keys on the table.

Cancellation

The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason before or during their stay:

If the Booking Period is for a period of up to 6 nights the Guest must provide 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 3 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing nightly rate) plus VAT.

If the Booking Period is for a period of 7 nights up to 27 nights the Guest must provide 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 7 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.

If the Booking Period is for a period of 28 nights up to 89 nights the Guest must provide 14 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 14 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.

If the Booking Period is for a period of more than 90 nights the Guest must provide 21 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.

In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any deposit.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed with the Guest in return for waiving their cancellation charges (‘Pay Now Rates’) the Company reserves the right to charge for the full Booking Period if the Guest cancels the booking even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

In addition to the above charges if a special or reduced rate has been agreed for Booking Period of over 60 nights the Company reserves the right to charge the full rate as per the Price List which will be back dated to the start of the booking if the Guest cancels.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
