Metropolitan Apartments London are ideal for those wanting a temporary base in London for either business or pleasure. Located alongside the luxurious Metropolitan Hotel the apartments share many of the hotel's amenities, including 24 hour room service and interactive entertainment systems. Guests can even enjoy the culinary delights offered at the Michelin-starred restaurant Nobu, during their stay. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary use of the Health Club and the COMO Shambhala Urban Escape Spa.

These are spacious and contemporary apartments furnished to the highest standards, with sleek pine and granite kitchens and marble bathrooms. All 19 of the apartments are located on Brick Street and Hertford Street, just off of Park Lane and are alongside the Metropolitan Hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Within easy reach of the West End and Knightsbridge, both Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch tube stations are within a short stroll.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Keys should be collected from the 24 hour reception at the Metropolitan Hotel. 

An early check-in fee (between 12pm and 4pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. Before 12pm one additional nights rental will be charged.

Check Out

Check out is by 10am on the day of departure. Keys should be left at the Metropolitan Hotel reception on your departure.

A Late check-out fee (between 2pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

We require 28 days notice to be given to avoid cancellation charges equal to four weeks rental.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee, as well as the above charges.

If reservation is cancelled outside of 28 days prior to arrival, 20% deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within this period, then cancellation fee equal to full accommodation amount will apply.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

We will also require two weeks advance rental as a security deposit. In case of no incidentals this will be refunded after check out.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
