Kings Island was formerly a working flour mill where the famous Kingsmill bread was made and has been beautifully restored to provide a fantastic living environment.

All of the apartments have full kitchens with fridge freezer, full oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washer dryer.

The apartments also benefit from bi-fold doors to the balconies in order for you to fully enjoy the excellent river views. The living area has a large screen TV with full Sky Movies and Sports packages included, and there is an unlimited internet connection via WiFi (or an Ethernet cable is available).

Each apartment comes with one parking space per apartment and the development has 24 hour security.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days apartment charge.

For stays of 1–6 days you would be charged only 1 days charge.

For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 days accommodation.

Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be informed that this is not cancellable and that full payment for the period booked will be charged.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Fair Usage of Electricity / Gas Utilities (includes lighting, cooking and heating):

The allowance included in a 3 bedroom lease is £325 per 30 days.
The allowance included in a 2 bedroom lease is £250 per 30 days.
The allowance included in a 1 bedroom lease is £175 per 30 days.
Any amount greater than the above rates will be billed to the Renter/Occupant.
We take meter readings for each apartment on the arrival date and again on the vacate date. Each week, we check the room settings for heating and hot water so as to ensure that your costs are kept to a minimum.
Please note that the heating is set up at a very comfortable level. If you would like to have the pre-set levels changed please email and we will arrange to reset them for you.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
