The British Isles are home not just to The Gentleman’s Game of Cricket but also to a range of internationally popular sports…so let’s take a look at the most famous of these stadia, fields, courts and pitches and see where you can stay nearby in order to make the most of spectating at them, or if you're lucky enough, playing on them.
Being from Sweden and therefore only having our crazy Viking celebrations such as eating loads of pickled herring, dancing around the Midsummer pole and having a daily Fika at 4pm, I have to say that I am still very much a foreigner to some of the traditional UK celebrations such as the upcoming Burn's Night and Supper!
