We offer a personal check in service, meaning one of our team will meet all guests in person and offer an introduction to the facilities. Our standard check in time is from 4 pm however we can arrange to meet you earlier or later, just let us know what suits you. On check in, you will be issued with 1 set of keys per guest.
We request that guests check out by 11am however we may be able to arrange an extension with prior arrangement. Please liaise with our guest relations team, 24 hours in advance of your check out. Charges may apply for a late check out.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
To avoid charges, esa requires 14 days' notice of cancellation prior to check-in for all lengths of stay. Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 days, minus the number of days notice given.
Cancellations for stays below 14 nights will incur to a charge which amounts to no more than the total length of the stay.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.
This policy also applies to those guests in house, should a stay be shortened.
We ask for payment to be made in advance of check in. For guests staying 4 weeks or more, we'd be happy to discuss payment on a rolling monthly basis. We are able to invoice charges for corporate guests with prior arrangement.
We require a credit card authorisation form to be completed by the guest, with details of a valid Credit or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Switch) prior to check in. This is required as a guaranteed payment for any incidental charges. The authorisation form must be signed and returned to us by fax/email.
Extensions are subject to availability at the time of request and cannot be guaranteed.
