Most apartments have river views with either balcony or terrace and offer a unique lifestyle experience with waterfront bars and restaurants on the ground floor. Staines High Street is a short walk away offering a selection of High Street shops and amenities.

All apartments are finished in a contemporary style with a fully fitted kitchen and laminate wood flooring. Bathrooms are simple with white tiles and chrome fittings. All apartments have video entry-phone, satellite TV, DVD, broadband and a range of home from home comforts.

This Thames-side town is an ancient settlement. When the Romans invaded Britain in AD 43 they settled at Staines and the first Staines Bridge was built shortly afterwards. In Roman times the settlement was known as 'Ad Pontes' meaning 'at the Bridges'. Beside the river stands the Memorial Gardens, with marvellous views of the Thames and an interesting array of water features and sculptures. The town's elegant stone bridge dates from 1832.

In the summer riverboat trips, popular with tourists and locals, connect Staines with Windsor, Runnymeade and Hampton Court, with stops at Shepperton and Sunbury.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk. Early check in may be possible on request but it is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Written notice of cancellations is required 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid incurring any cancellation fee. Should you give less than 2 weeks notice then the penalty fee payable is the shortfall in the number of nights notice given, i.e. 10 nights notice given then the penalty fee incurred will be 4 nights accommodation charge.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
