All apartments feature balconies and complimentary parking and have been furnished in a contemporary style featuring lounge/dining area, fully integrated kitchen and master bedroom with en-suite. 

Each apartment is equipped with a widescreen TV. All have a home entertainment system with DVD and surround sound package in the living room and LCD TV's in all bedrooms.  High speed broadband is installed allowing guests unlimited internet access at no additional cost. 

Newbury is a thriving market town situated on the M4 corridor about halfway between Bristol and London.  The town boasts a number of restaurants and shops with countryside pubs around the outskirts easily accessible via a short taxi ride. Newbury Racecourse is also easily accessible from the apartments and holds regular race meetings throughout the year.

Local places of interest include Highclere Castle, Blenheim Palace and Donnington Castle. The Corn Exchange (in the town centre), New Greenham Arts and the Watermill Theatre (both just outside the town) provide facilities for the arts. Reading, Oxford and Basingstoke are all a short train ride away offering very large shopping centres and multi-screen cinemas.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

An early check-in fee (between 11am and 4pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. Before 11am one additional nights rental will be charged.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

A Late check-out fee (between 2pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

To avoid charges, esa requires 14 days' notice of cancellation prior to check-in for all lengths of stay. Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 days, minus the number of days notice given.

Cancellations for stays below 14 nights will incur to a charge which amounts to no more than the total length of the stay.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.

This policy also applies to those guests in house, should a stay be shortened.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
