On your arrival you'll receive a complimentary welcome pack with some essentials to get you through the first 24 hours. This can be upgraded to a premier pack should you wish, when you enquire on booking. 

The kitchens are equipped with a fully integrated quality fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob and a microwave plus all of your cutlery, crockery and pans. The living/dining areas have an HD ready Freeview TV and a DVD player, while all of the master bedrooms host a comfortable king-sized bed.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Should the client wish to cancel a reservation, 28 days written notice is required - a full refund will then be provided by the landlord.

If notice is given between 14 and 28 days, 50% refund will be provided by the landlord. 

If less than 14 days notice is given, no refund will be provided. 

On long-term contract bookings (1 month plus), refunds will only be given if the landlord is able to re-sell the term once notice has been accepted. 

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

There is also a £500 security deposit which will be taken upon arrival. This is refundable once the client has checked out and the apartment has been inspected.

Alternatively, for corporate clients, a company credit card can be authorised. The held amount will be released upon departure and maintenance check. 

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
