Ideally situated for the Hatfield Business Park, University of Hertfordshire and the Galleria Outlet, the apartments are perfectly located with close proximity to the A1(M), M25, M1, M11 and M40 motorways and therefore to central London.

The Hatfield Business Park area is a unique business location with great transport links to London, the rest of the UK and International destinations. Hatfield also offers a thriving community with so much going on.

Cycling and walking is popular, with a network of footpaths and cycleways taking you through the grounds of the business park and the university and into the Hertfordshire countryside beyond. Check In

2.00p.m - All properties offer self check-in, to ensure flexibility for guests. Meet and greet is available on request if preferred.

Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

7 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.

Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. charge).

For bookings of 90 nights or more cancellation is 30 days. This also apply to group bookings. A group booking is where 4 or more apartments are booked by the same person or ‘client.’


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.

1-28 night booking extension is 7 nights notice required.

28 nights + 30 nights notice is required for extension.

For group bookings we also require 30 days notice.
