Kennet Island Apartments is an exciting new development offering a selection of stylish and contemporary one and two bedroom apartments. These apartments are beautifully furnished, featuring generous living spaces and access to on-site facilitites in The Piazza. The Kennet Island apartments are situated between Reading town centre and the M4, allowing quick and easy access to London and the Thames Valley. The town centre is a short bus ride away with its high street shops, restaurants and bars, and numerous local parks situated nearby.

They're within a mile of the local business parks including Green Park. and only 2 miles away from The Oracle shopping centre with its designer and high street shops, a fantastic selection of stylish restaurants and a multiplex cinema. There is a regular bus service running every 20 minutes from the centre of the development to the town centre and mainline train station. it's 10 minutes drive to Reading train station (with a 30 minute peak journey time to London Paddington), 20 minutes to Slough and only 14 minutes to Maidenhead. And it's also only a short distance from the M4 junction 11, offering easy access to the M25 and a 30 minute drive to London Heathrow.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

An early check-in fee (between 10am and 2pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. Before 10am one additional nights rental will be charged.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

A Late check-out fee (between 2pm and 5pm, subject to availability) will be charged at £75 plus VAT. After 5pm one additional nights rental will be charged.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

To avoid charges, esa requires 14 days' notice of cancellation prior to check-in for all lengths of stay. Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 days, minus the number of days notice given.

Cancellations for stays below 14 nights will incur to a charge which amounts to no more than the total length of the stay.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.

This policy also applies to those guests in house, should a stay be shortened.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
We reserve the right to charge a refundable security deposit at the time of booking.

Extension Policy

The Client must provide at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension, however, this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
