The Hansen Residence offers luxury apartments in the heart of Aberdeen, just off Union Street and a 5-minute walk from the ferry port. These smart apartments have stylish design, free Wi-Fi and city views. Each apartment at 4-star The Hansen Residence has contemporary design with black, white and chrome finishes. There is a lounge with a flat-screen TV, while kitchen facilities include a microwave, fridge, oven, kettle and a hob. There is also a washing machine. The property has a concierge and there is also a laundry service. An airport shuttle can be arranged upon request and at a surcharge.

There is a range of shops, bars and restaurants along the busy Union Street. Golf courses can be found in the outskirts of the city, within about 5 miles. 

Ferries to the Shetland and Orkney Islands leave from the nearby port, while Aberdeen Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The city’s railway station can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Reception is open 8am till 8pm after this time we have a key safe that keys are kept in for guest to collect on arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Reservations are not changeable or refundable unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client might be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
