Stewart Apartments are the newest 4 star deluxe addition to the Fountain Court portfolio situated in the very heart of Edinburgh's vibrant city centre.
Located over 3 floors with lift access to all, this collection of spacious apartments is located on Young Street, a cobbled street typical of the city. A 24 hour reception is available onsite to ensure efficient service is provided at all times.
Each of the Stewart apartments features an open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. All furnishings in the lounge, bedroom and bathroom are of an extremely high specification. There are also 4 inter-connecting apartments available, ideal for families or when more than 2 are travelling.
Each serviced apartment comes equipped with the latest technology, including a 37 inch HD television, blu-ray DVD player and iPod dock in the living room. There is also a 32 inch HD television in the bedroom. Also included is complimentary wireless broadband access and Sky sports and movie channels. A housekeeping service is provided daily.
Should you require parking, a limited number of on-site underground parking spaces are available to guests for an additional nightly fee of £12. The car park can only be accessed by car lift and size restrictions apply. Parking spaces must be booked in advance.
Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
