They're situated in a relatively new development offering beautiful views of the local coastline. The building also offers free onsite secure car parking & a secure video entry system.

The Parkhill Beach Apartments are located at Aberdeen Beach, in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Even with views of the sea, it's still only a short walk into the city centre. For those travelling for business, Bridge of Don & the City Centre are an easy commute. Those travelling for leisure can enjoy the local facilities that the beach area has to offer. Included in these are the award winning beach, a wide range of restaurants and beach front cafes, a cinema, an amusement park, a small retail park which has a large Asda, as well as some other well known shops and several sports and leisure facilities.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

For stays of up to 14 nights a 48 hour cancellation policy is applied.

  • 48 hours' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay up to 14 nights in order to avoid charges.
  • Notice given within 48 hours will result in a 1 night charge.
  • This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.

For stays of 14 nights or longer a 7 day cancellation policy is applied.

  • 7 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay over 14 nights in order to avoid charges.
  • Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August 2015 and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August 2013, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will therefore apply (7 days - 5 days' notice given = 2 night charge).
  • This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.

To avoid any charges we require 14 days’ notice prior to arrival. This also applies to in-house guests who wish to amend their departure date.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
