Booking Terms

Check In

Check in time on day of arrival is from 3pm. A meet and greet service is provided whenever possible and so an arrival time is required when booking.

Check Out

Check out time is 11am on day of departure. Please leave all your keys inside the apartment on check out.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Should it be necessary to cancel a booking prior to arrival, we require notice at least 14 days notice prior to the arrival date. Where a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, refunds of any rent or deposit paid are made subject to the premises being re-let on normal terms.

Curtailed bookings: Where a booking is curtailed after a guest has checked in, the following notice periods are required to be given:

For bookings up to 28 nights-7 days' notice

For bookings between 29 and 56 nights-14 days' notice

For bookings between 57 and 84 nights-21 days' notice

For bookings in excess of 84 nights-28 days' notice

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
