These apartments feature a modern and relaxing lounge/dining area with comfortable furnishings, and a dining table and chairs perfect for entertaining guests and colleagues, or even holding a business meeting. Your evening entertainment is looked after with Sky movies or sports (that comes inclusive), flat screen TV, DVD player and WiFi connection. These apartments feature a Juliet balcony.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen area contains all of the integral appliances. The spacious bathroom features a shower over bath or hand held shower and large vanity area, and is supplied with fresh towels that will be replenished by the maid during every week of your stay. Additionally, the roomy en-suite shower room contains a large shower cubicle, toilet and vanity area.

Bedroom one is furnished with a high quality double bed, luxurious bed linen, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as two bedside cabinets. The en-suite shower room is located in this bedroom. For your convenience, it also contains a wall mounted mirror, bedside lamps and a hairdryer. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Upon arrival an array of refreshments and toiletries are provided.  The apartment blocks feature two lifts and are accessed by an electronic fob entry system.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any charges.

Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be informed that this is not cancellable and that full payment for the period booked will be charged.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

The Client must provide at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension, however, this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
