Vincent Square Apartments are just 7 minutes walk away from London Victoria Station, serving both national and underground rail and acting as home to the well known Victoria Coach Station, which in turn, serves all parts of the United Kingdom and Europe.

The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are furnished to a high standard and situated in freestanding blocks of 4 apartments located opposite Vincent Square park in the heart of Westminster .

Each apartment has a flat screen, 42 inch smart TV, complimentary wireless internet access, full kitchen (including dish-washer and washer/dryer etc).

The addition of off-road secure parking makes the apartments highly desirable(this is a chargeable item) but please note that some apartments are situated on the ground and lower ground floors and there is also one apartment in the building which has stairs.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

The Meet & Greet service is provided free of charge for arrivals scheduled between 8am and 10pm. For arrivals pre-scheduled outside of these hours the Operator will charge £50+VAT

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

  • For bookings up to 7 days and over up to 27 days - notice is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 14 days accommodation.
  • For bookings of 28 days and over - notice is required 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 28 days accommodation.
  • This also applies to in-house guests who wish to amend their departure date.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee. If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
