The apartments offer free WiFi and private off-road parking with 24hr recorded CCTV as well as 42'' Flat Screen Smart TV's in every apartment. 

The 2 bed apartments have a full kitchen including a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge with ice box. They have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. All beds are Kingsize and there are double sofa beds in all apartments.

Located next to Hampton Court Palace and Royal Bushy Park, guests can make use of the location to explore the Hampton Court Maze or the Privy Garden and stroll along the River Thames by Hampton Court Pier. The Lion Gate Mews is a 2 minute drive away from Hampton Court train station, and within a 10 minute drive of Hampton.

It's a perfect base from which to explore Hampton Court Palace, Royal Bushy Park and local attractions such as Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Kempton and Sandown Racecourses, and Kingston upon Thames. There are a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars in Hampton Court Village which can be reached within 10 minutes walk.

London is just 11 miles from The Lion Gate Mews, while Windsor is 13 miles away.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
