Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 12 midday on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please leave the keys at the front desk.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Bookings of 1 to 7 nights.
For Bookings cancelled by 2pm GMT 1 week prior to the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancellations within this time will be subject to a charge of the first 7 nights.

Bookings of 8 nights or more.
For Bookings cancelled by 2pm GMT 2 weeks prior to the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancellations within this time will be subject to a charge equal to the full accommodation cost or a maximum of 7 nights.

Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a No-Show.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

A security deposit of £350 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival to be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client and/or their visitors during their stay. This is entirely without prejudice to any claim by Collingham Serviced Apartments for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit.

Extension Policy

The Client must provide at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension, however, this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
