Opened in 2009, Templeton Place offers 30 suites that are still as fresh today as they’ve always been.

The apartments are just 3 minutes walk away from Earls Court Station (30 minutes journey time to and from Heathrow Airport), and have easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. In fact,  guests love returning to this quiet residential street after a busy day in the city!

Booking Terms

Check In

Check in is from 2pm. We have a day time reception at The Templeton Place Apartments 8am – 5pm. Self check in will be arranged outside these hours. 

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time without prior consent in writing, a full day’s charge will be charged to the guest or each day or part of the day that the guest delays departure.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing at the time of booking.

  • 7-28 nights, a cancellation may be made up to 7 days’ prior to arrival

  • 29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required

  • 90+ nights, 30 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and cancellation reference obtained

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals

Early Departure Charges:

  • Stays of 14-28 nights will be charged 7 nights early departure fee

  • Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights early departure fee

  • Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

Our security deposit is £250 as is refundable upon departure, less any charges.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
