The bright serviced apartments at Point West have many modern appliances including large flat screen TV's and separate fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

They also include a concierge service, lifts, a security entrance and video entry-phone system.

Situated on the Cromwell Road, within comfortable walking distance of the many museums and galleries of South Kensington, there is also easy access to Knightsbridge with its myriad of good restaurants and superb shopping. There are also easy connections to the West End and to Heathrow airport. Adjacent to the building is Sainsbury's flagship supermarket. Gloucester Road tube station (serving the Piccadilly line and District & Circle lines) is very nearby.

Point West is ideally situated for you to experience some great shopping as well as being only a short distance from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge. Stays of 1 to 14 nights cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay; stays of 15 or more nights cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 14 nights' stay. This cancellation policy also applies to in-house guests.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit is taken in respect of every booking. This varies between £50.00 and £250.00. The deposit will be held against any arrears of rent, dilapidation's or breakages that may occur. The deposit, or any balance after deductions, will be refunded following a inspection of the apartment. Your deposit refund will normally be made within a period of 14 days from departure.

Other Studios - £150

One-beds - £150

Two-beds - £250

Please note we are not able to refund Amex credit card charges when refunding payments back to you.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
