Check-in is from 5pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
For reservations of:
14 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival
15 to 28 nights, 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required
29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required
90+ nights, 30 notice of cancellation will be required
Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed below.
Stays of 1- 14 nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £500 dilapidation deposit is pre-authorized from the credit card provided for stays less than 3 months. For stays of 3 months or more one month's rent is due as a deposit. The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay.
For incidental charges the guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure, once the outgoing inventory has been completed.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
