A range of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are available, individually styled with their own fresh and contemporary take. Despite retaining many original period features, this former London townhouse also includes the highest standards of modern convenience.

All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, stylish shower room, flat screen television, free wireless broadband, direct dial telephone, radio, CD player and iPod dock. There are added luxuries too, such as Egyptian Cotton sheets and towels as well as soaps and lotions from Gilchrist & Soames.

Located in the centre of London in the heart of the historic literary district of Bloomsbury, the apartments are also within walking distance of London's Financial District as well as the many theatres, bars and restaurants of the West End. The Apart Hotel is also located near to Great Ormond Street Hospital and Russell Square, ideal for relocation, business and leisure in the city.

Please note that due to its historic nature, this building does not have a passenger lift.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Cancellations must be made by 12 midday on the appropriate day outlined below

• Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 1 month before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund

• Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 2 weeks before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund 


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
