Marina Place is a new development occupying a prominent position next to Kingston Bridge, centered around the Marina.

Accommodation amenities include a weekly housekeeping service with linen and towel change, all utility bills (excluding telephone charges) and full maintenance support.  All apartments are furnished in a contemporary style with fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, broadband, alarm clock, hair-dryer and many other home comforts.

The Hampton district can very readily be split up into three distinct sections, each one almost a town in its own right. However, both in size and popularity, Hampton Court easily outweighs the villages of Hampton and Hampton Wick, two sleepy little suburbs whose only attractions are their riverside walks and pubs and restaurants.

Hampton Court splits the villages apart with its huge park, which contains the heaving bulk of Hampton Court Palace and its gardens. England's pageantry and monarchical history comes very much to the fore here, and this aspect attracts travellers from across the world.

As far as shopping, pubs, restaurants and visual entertainment is concerned, Hampton Court offers very little. It is purely for its architectural and countrified beauty that it is so well loved.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk. Early check in may be possible on request but it is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Written notice of cancellations is required 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid incurring any cancellation fee. Should you give less than 2 weeks notice then the penalty fee payable is the shortfall in the number of nights notice given, i.e. 10 nights notice given then the penalty fee incurred will be 4 nights accommodation charge.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
