The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table which is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The spacious bedrooms have a double beds and plentiful storage, and the bathrooms benefits from a bathtub with overhead shower. Every apartment has a private balcony and access to the stunning communal roof terrace.

The central transport hub for the area is undoubtedly Victoria Station, with Gatwick Express services for Gatwick Airport and throughout Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire. There is a national coach station and of course the London Underground station with both District and Circle Lines heading east and west, and the Victoria Line travelling north and south. Pimlico, Westminster and St James's Park also have their own underground stations, and there are jetties too for the river taxis along the Thames.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

For stays between 1 – 3 nights: 4 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

For stays between 4 – 27 nights: 7 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

For stays between 28 – 59 nights: 14 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

For stays of 60 nights and more: 28 days prior to arrival before 12:00pm

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a non-refundable administration fee.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
