Located between the hub of Bridge Road, Hampton Court Bridge and the riverside, these lovely and spacious (58 sqm) 1 bedroom apartments are remarkably tranquil and private. It’s a beautiful location with amazing river and palace views. Bridge Road itself has an eclectic village feel with its classy mix of independent cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries and antique dealers.

All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, a fully fitted kitchen, and 17 mbps Wifi. The kitchens have a washer/dryer, a full fridge freezer, a slim-line dishwasher and a dining table with four chairs. The living areas have a 32 inch Smart TV with integrated DVD player, an armchair, a sofa and a coffee table. The main bathrooms have a separate shower cubicle, a bath, a sink, a loo and a radiator. The master bedrooms have a king double bed (152 width, 190 length [cms]) with twin bedside tables and reading lamps. The beds can also be split into two singles.

The apartments have high quality wooden flooring tiles in the bathrooms and kitchens.

This 3 storey building opened in 2012. The ground floor is an Italian restaurant called The Square Olive. There’s a small communal entrance area with post boxes. There’s a video entry system. On-site secure underground parking is included (one space per apartment) and can only be accessed with a code and via Creek Road. There’s lift access to all floors from both the car-park and the main entrance.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

14 days’ or more notice of cancellation is required before check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges. Notice given within 14 days of check-in (or less than 14 days before arrival) will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 9 nights will apply, i.e. 14-5 = 9.

The same policy also applies to in house guests shortening their stays.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
