Check-in is from 5pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
For reservations of:
14 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival
15 to 28 nights, 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required
29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required
90+ nights, 30 notice of cancellation will be required
Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed below.
Stays of 1- 14 nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
**Please note during the summer period the cancellation will vary.**
The payment terms are as follows:
Bookings less than 90 days - full payment prior to arrival.
Stays up to 90 days - Temporary Accommodation Licence to be signed
Stays over 90 days -Temporary Accommodation Licence to be signed and the initial 13 weeks rental is due 4 weeks in advance.
Payment terms can be discussed for corporate bookings.
For bookings over 90 days - Deposit is equivalent to 4 weeks rental - negotiable when this is provided however normally at same time rental monies is due.
For bookings less than 90 days - Deposit due will be equal to £500 per bedroom. Refundable at the end of the stay. Dilapidation charges to be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client. Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges on a monthly basis.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
