Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:
Cancellation charges relate to the date prior to arrival when we are notified of the cancellation and will determine the cancellation charges incurred according to the scale below.
These notice periods also apply to early departure, postponed arrival or reduction in the number of minimum nights stay.
LENGTH OF STAY NOTICE PERIOD CANCELLATION CHARGE
1 – 6 nights - 48 hours prior to arrival date - No refund
7-28 nights - 7 days prior to arrival date - Minimum 7 nights’ accommodation charge
29+ nights - 29 days prior to arrival date - Minimum 14 nights’ accommodation charge
The cancellation policy for group bookings varies. This will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee.
For stays of less than 30 nights payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. For stay of 30+ nights payment for the first month will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Further months, or any part thereof, will be invoiced on a monthly basis 2 weeks prior to the due date.
On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
The Client must provide at least 14 days written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved move-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extension, however, this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
