Dolphin Square Corporate Housing offers serviced apartments (90 day minimum stay) with the apartments being situated around 3 and a half acres of idyllic landscaped gardens in Westminster. 

Located in a tranquil residential area, Dolphin Square is just a 5 minute walk from Pimlico Underground station or a short taxi ride from both Victoria Station and Waterloo International. 

The nearby Westminster Millennium Pier provides regular river boats to the City of London and Canary Wharf.

This property also consists of a shopping arcade, providing a newsagent, café, pharmacy and off-license and is within walking distance of supermarkets such as Sainsbury's and Tesco's while Victoria station provides access to shops, bars, restaurants and attractions such as the London Eye, Tate Britain and the Thames river.

Also on site is the Dolphin House Sports and Fitness Club to which guests have complimentary use, and this has a pool, sauna, steam room and newly refurbished gym. Additional facilities also within the club (and available at an additional cost) are exercise classes, squash courts, tennis court, personal fitness trainers and osteopathy.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Keys should be collected from the 24 hour reception. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you. Keys should be returned to the 24 hour reception on departure.


The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

The apartments cannot be cancelled once booked and must be taken for a minimum of 90 days.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee. 


For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

There will be a £250 dilapidation deposit to be paid along with the rental prior to arrival. On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and provide a copy of either passport, driving licence or photo id card.

A copy of the apartment inventory will be left for the guest to check on arrival and if the tenant has any queries about Inventory and the condition of the apartment they have up to 2 weeks to notify the on site management team once they check in. If no comments are received in writing by the team it is assumed that the guest agrees with the inventory. At the end of the tenancy the inventory will be re-checked and the cost for repairs to any damage found will be the responsibility of the guest and are not limited to amount of deposit taken at the start of the tenancy.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
