Located on an imposing site on the South Bank of the River Thames, this fully serviced apartment in County Hall is well situated for the numerous attractions and services of the South Bank, including the famous London Eye, the newly renovated Royal Festival Hall, the iMAX cinema, the British Film Institute and the National Theatres.

A five minute walk over Westminster Bridge will bring you to Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Trafalgar Square and the West End are also within easy reach of this one bedroom serviced apartment and it's just a short hop over the river.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please leave all keys and fobs on the table except one that you take and close the door with it and post it back through the postbox on the door of the apartment.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Cancellation or Alterations by the Guest:

6.1 Any cancellation by the Guest, for whatever reason, must be made in writing, fax, or email to the Company at the address stated at the bottom of the Booking Form.

6.2 The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason:

  • 6.2.1 If the Booking Period is for a period of up to 6 nights the Guest must provide 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 3 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing nightly rate) plus VAT

  • 6.2.2 If the Booking Period is for a period of 6 nights up to 28 nights the Guest must provide 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 7 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT

  • 6.2.3 If the Booking Period is for a period of 29 nights up to 89 nights the Guest must provide 14 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 14 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.

  • 6.2.4 If the Booking Period is for a period of more than 90 nights the Guest must provide 21 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT

  • 6.2.5 In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any

  • 6.2.6 If a special or reduced rate has been agreed with the Guest in return for waiving their cancellation charges (‘Pay Now Rates’) the Company reserves the right to charge for the full Booking Period if the Guest cancels the booking even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID: either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
