Armstrong House hase a selection of one bedroom serviced apartments and a few large two bed, one bath apartments available (all with balconies) overlooking the Buckinghamshire countryside. All are on higher floors.

Video entry phones to all apartments and private lifts to all floors give both security and exclusivity. The apartments are fully fitted with WiFi and Sky TV packages, all of which are fully inclusive. The lounge is fitted with a large flatscreen TV and there is also a TV in the bedroom so you can watch while you snooze.

For clients who require a second bed, some of the apartments are fitted with very comfortable sofa beds - please ask for availability.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days apartment charge.

For stays of 1–6 days you would be charged only 1 days charge.

For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 days accommodation.

Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be informed that this is not cancellable and that full payment for the period booked will be charged.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
